Does VeriSentra see my prompts or messages?
No. All detection happens locally in your browser. By default, we only collect anonymous usage counts (e.g., "3 API keys blocked today"). Your actual content never leaves your device.
What apps are supported?
We support ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Gmail, Slack, Google Docs, and Notion. More apps are added regularly.
Can I add custom domains?
Yes! Pro and Business plans allow you to protect custom domains and internal tools using optional Chrome permissions.
What happens when something is blocked?
You see a clear modal explaining what was detected and why. You can then sanitize the content (replace with placeholders), edit manually, or request an exception from your admin.
Is there a local-only mode?
Yes. You can enable LOCAL_ONLY_NO_TELEMETRY mode which disables all telemetry and works entirely offline.
Do your policy packs guarantee compliance?
Our policy packs (Healthcare, Finance, etc.) provide detection rules that may support your compliance programs, but VeriSentra is not a certification body and does not guarantee HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, or any regulatory compliance. Consult your compliance team for certification requirements.
